Quilt As You Go Class
*Due to scheduling difficulties, we cannot refund class fees. Please check the dates before booking.*
Students please bring:
- sewing machine and accessories
- walking foot, 1/4" foot, free motion foot if you feel fancy!
- new size 14 machine needle
- rotary cutter, 6" - 12.5" square ruler*, mat *some mats/rulers available in classroom
- fabric scissors, thread snips, ripper, handsewing needle (optional), pins
- Options for fancy quilting practice: free motion foot, quilting gloves
For your project... TABLE RUNNER or BABY QUILT
- (42) 5" squares (or charm pack)
- 1 yd backing fabric > cut into (42) 6" squares
- scrap batting > cut into (42) 6" squares
- 3/4 yd for sashing/joining strips for front > cut into (3-4) 1" strips (can be 1"xWOF or 1"xLOF)
- 3/4 yd for sashing/joining strips for back > cut into (3-4) 1" strips (can be 1"xWOF or 1"xLOF)
- coordinating thread for quilting & assembling
- binding TBA *your dimensions will vary, you can choose this after!
