Stitch Nation Watch Party!

You know how to sew... but why not make your own clothes?
How long have you wanted to stitch something flattering? Something... wearable?

Stop fighting patterns and use your sewing skills to fit them like a pro! Hosted by Peggy Sager of Silhouette Patterns, students will watch a monthly instructional broadcast in our classroom and get garment sewing tips, education, and skills. Stop stressing and start sewing clothes that fit you and flatter your individual shape.

Join us for a fun year of garments, where you will learn the skills you need to proficiently sew for your own body! Flex your sewing machines and sergers, it's time to sew! The program begins in September 2026.

Students should expect structured garment education from Peggy Sagers and other industry leaders in garment design and construction, including

• design concepts
• fit instruction
• construction techniques
• skill-building methods
• confidence-focused teaching
• lessons designed for students to successfully duplicate the concept/project

Patterns and optional notions for each monthly broadcast will be available closer to the watch party dates, stay tuned!

Make sure to choose A&A Sewing Center so that you can come to the shop and participate in our watch parties!
The annual fee of $59.99 gets you 12 monthly broadcast watch parties, with options to purchase DVDs later on.

I know the watch parties are new broadcasts each month-- What if I miss one?

We will be hosting TWO watch parties per month so that our ladies have two options to catch the broadcast. If you can't make it (or sign up after the program begins) you can purchase inexpensive DVD recordings for viewing at home.

I think I'm ready to try making a garment... is there a hands-on opportunity for that?

Of course! Check out the DIY Wardrobe Workday (hosted by Clair or Tonya) if you'd like a little help with your project.
