Welcome to A&A Sewing Center, Acadiana’s premier specialty sewing shop for everyone’s sewing craft needs. Conveniently located in Sweetland Centre at Albertson’s Parkway and Highway 90, we have helped sewists in the Lafayette, Broussard and Youngsville area with all of their sewing, quilting, and embroidery essentials for over 30 years. Owned and operated by experienced stitchers and staffed by fellow sewing and quilting enthusiasts, our passion for the art of sewing helps us understand what you need and answer any questions you may have about your special project.

As a certified Janome and Baby Lock retailer, we sell the premier machines for our craft. All of our machines come with free lessons so you may make full use of their many innovative features and conveniences. To help you grow in your craft, we offer different clubs and sewing classes to bring together fellow sewers and quilters to share skills, ideas, stories, and comradery.  

Our flagship store is located in Broussard, featuring fabrics for sewing and quilting, notions and patterns, machine embroidery supplies, and fashion fabrics like linen, knits, and beaded laces. We have a 1500 square foot classroom attached to the sewing shop, where we host classes and events. The world of sewing and quilting is evolving thanks to useful technology-- we're here to help you keep the traditions of handcrafting alive while sharing with you the possibilities and opportunities new technology provides.
